Our company employs signing agents who work in partnership with an insurance agency. We have been working side by side with Escrow and Title Companies, Lending Institutions, Mortgage Brokers, and Realtors. Our mission has always been to successfully complete and properly execute loans and insurance documents. Our mobile service or when requested the use of our conference room that holds up to 15 people around our oval conference table, are there when you need us.

As our database grows, Florida Notary Express assigns the most experienced and stringently screened mobile loan closers. All of our closers are well established and certified as a Notary Signing Agent designate NSA.

Our office is equipped with multiple laser printers and broadband internet service. We will accept edocs. Our mobile system is wireless and can download and print documents on the road or on site.
